Technical Support,

PLEASE HELP!!  My computer was invaded by spyware and malware, I contacted a Technical Support, he downloaded a SPYHUNTER SOFTWARE, after the removal, all my word files became unreadable.  I have several important Microsoft Computer Curriculum, which we use to teach Seniors Computer and Technology Course.  We are a non profit organization, our  records of donors, copies of grants and proposals to foundations and government US and State. My computer was attached to the external drive while the Technical Support work on my PC remotely, so that all the files saved on my external drive also corrupted.
