i have recentley re-installed windows xp and it has not reconized the video card yet. Ive tryed everything and all has failled. My video card is a ATI 7500 Readon. and when im scrolling with anythging its scrolls really chunkilly. ive tryed the add new hardware and under detected and not installed its someting called Video Controller (VGA Compatable) The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) then connect to microsoft to finish and it says theres not a better ... anything avalible (My graphics card is a 32MB) windows cannot find the nessery software to compleate the process.
