Are you sure that the incoming mail is even reaching your Exchange server? Perhaps you might start by turning up SMTP protocol logging and see if anyone is trying to contact your server. From a computer connected to the Internet, you could salso verify your MX record, and then try connecting to your server's port 25 and try sending a message to yourself by SMTP.-- Ed Crowley MVP"There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems.". Hello, As Ed mentioned, first make sure that E-mail is reaching your Exchange. Even if you did not make any changes, ISP's (on rare occasions) have problems with Static IP addressing and maybe your IP changed. I have also seen on (rare occasions) where Domain Name Registrars have a problem with the authorative DNS server and they wipe out your MX records or reset to defaults. Go to http://www.mxtoolbox.com There you can get a good head start.Miguel Fra / Falcon ITS Computer & Network Support, Miami, FL Visit our Knowledgebase Sharepoint Site
