Help! How do I route mail FROM my sales team TO my Quality Control person BEFORE it gets SENT?
I think we have Exchange 2003. (version 6.5 something). Basically I want to ensure that no mail goes from a sales rep out to a prospect without first getting reviewed by our pre-sales support guy. So I imagine I want to have all of their outbound mail intercepted/put in a queue/folder/something or sent to support for review. Hard to figure out where to start in the Exchange doc! Thanks!

You'd need a 3rd party product to do this with Exchange 03. For instance Microsoft CRM could do it (although that's probably overkill). Exchange 07 could meet the requirements with hub transport rules, but it wouldn't be perfect.
