Hey guys and Gals We are running exchange 2003 and WM 5 and 6 All users are enabled in AD to use activesync. When ever I try to sync I get " Your account in exchange does not have permission to syncronize with your current settings" Any idea's Thanks !!!

Hi, Please Verify the permission setting on related Virtual Directory: ======================================== 1. Locate Microsoft-Server-Activesync Virtual Directory under Directory Security tab 2. Authentication and access control: Default domain is selected, Basic authentication, Do NOT want Enable anonymous access, Do NOT want Integrated Windows authentication 3.
