There are errors at the installation of Exchange Server 2010 Setup when it comes to the readliness checks. My Exchange server 2010 is installed on a Win.Server 2008 R2 , and my domain controller is on another 2008 server, which i can't understand is how the exchange server contact with my domain controller. notes: the exchange server had joined the domain controller which is my "alex.com" Error : Active Directory does not exist or cannot be contacted Error : You must be a member of the "Organization Management" role group or "Enterprise Admins" group to continue. Error: Setup encoutered a problem while validation the state of Active Directory: Active Directory error 0x8007052E occurred while searching for domain controllers in domain alex.com: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. Error: The user is not logged on to a Windows domain

Is your exchange server already joint domain to your domain controller? if so, then try to log on using enterprise admin account
