Have to insert pin 3 times before signed or encrypted email will send (Outlook 2013)

I am having no issues sending the email after I sign or encrypt. The issue is the fact that I have to enter my pin 3 times in the Microsoft Smart Card Provider pop up window before it sends the email.

Any thoughts? I am running Windows 7 Pro 64bit SP1.

Hi,

Since the issue is more related to the Smart Card, the assistance I can provide may be limited. You can try to update the Smart Card Reader from the device manager to check if the problem persists.
