Have an issue with 1 user not being able to connect exchange10
I have a user that can access our EX10 server with OWA just fine. When we try to setup her Outlook 10 client it fails with a server offline message. We have 200 other users working just fine. We've tried multiple machines/profiles with no success. I ran a Test-OulookConnectivity and got the following error: Test-OutlookConnectivity : Address Book operation failed. Details: The NSPI operation failed. Operation = '<Bind>b__4', ReturnValue = '-2147467259' She is not hidden from the AB. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, What is the version of your outlook? What is the version of your operation system? Do you have CAS array configured? Do you have DAG? Please try to manually create profile with CAS server name/"CAS IP address"/"domain controller server name" and then resolve the user name there. Please post the detail error information here. Also please try to move the mailbox to other database and then test the issue again. Besides, please try to check the related RPC client protocol registry entries.
