HTML Mail Merge through Word 2013 on Server 2012 running as a Terminal Server DCOM error/elevation issue.

Hello everyone,

The following is logged in windows event reporter every time a HTML mail merge is done in Microsoft word:

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}. The error:
"740"
Happened while starting this command:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15\OUTLOOK.EXE" -Embedding

The error 740 seems to be related to elevation as per this artice:

http://windows-exe-errors.com/windows-error-740-the-requested-operation-requires-elevation/

This is only part of the issue though. I cannot run Word elevated by default, as that causes conflicts with another specialized program we run that hooks into word. I tried checking the (D)COM permissions and don't see word listed. I am also thinking it could be the permission settings with outlook. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.
