I have 75 workstations and laptops all running XP and logging onto Windows server 2003 domain. All have offline files enabled and syncronize when logging off and on. Has worked fine for two years. Some users now experience 10 to 15 minute sync'ing as syncronization goes through every file in the My Documents folder. If you syncronize once and then syncronize again immediately, still has the same problem - so its not a seperate program accessing all the files. CEO's laptop is one of the effected ones so help would be greatly appreciated.

If I am understanding correctly, this is a roaming user profile to synchronize with server issue which is not related to Exchange Server.
