Group EMails being sent to addresses not in our environment
Hello - 1st post milestone for me! I've come across an interesting situation. We migrated from Exchange Server 2003 to 2007 about 2 1/2 months ago. The other day, our HR person said that when she sends an email to a certaininternal emailgroup, she always gets 2 undelieverables sent back. The addresses of the 2 undeliverables are for former employees. I have looked through the members ofevery single distribution group we have set up in our exchange 2007 mgmt console and onour old server where our exchange 2003 was set up. I cannot find these two email addresses anywhere and cannot figure out why messages are still being sent. Any help is appreciated, thank you. CUITguy

Hi, Please firstly let me know whether the issue only occurs when sending meeting request message. If I am right, please check delegate setting on mailboxes which are members of the problem group. If the issue also occurs when sending normal email, please check auto-forward configuration on the mailboxes which are members of the problem group. Mike
