I added the help desk security group to the RBAC Recipient Role, however they are unable to login to EAC and they get Access Denied. Can you someone let me know what step am I missing?  Their admin accounts do not have an associated mai

How long did you wait after adding helpdesk security group to Recipient Management group?

Have you ever made some changes on help desk Management group or Recipient Management group?

And if you remove the help desk security group from Recipient Management group, can the members of help desk Management group login EAC?
