Go Figure - PerformancePoint 2013 Working in Chrome but Not IE

Greetings,

My MIS upgraded to SharePoint 2013 a couple of days ago.  Since then my PerformancePoint (PP) content is working in Chrome, but not in Internet Explorer (version 10).  I'm using PP dashboards and Reporting Services reports...the issue is that in IE it is "scrunching" everything over onto the left-hand side of the table, like it thinks there are multiple zones across the page and is trying to fit it into the first zone.  Has anybody else run into this?  I've added a couple of screenshots to hopefully show what I'm talking about...

So apparently this is a known issue:

This is exactly the problem I'm having...now I just need to find a way to fix it -- surely a hotfix has been created for this?  Everything I'm seeing is showing how to change compatibility mode or header files -- none of these are good solutions for my 7,000+ users...
