I'm not sure what you mean. I'm not that versed in exchange.

Hi Mikedo, What Ashish is asking is for the information you get back when the message is rejected. If it came back as an e-mail then this is called an NDR (Non Delivery Report), see also: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-delivery_report The NDR is the first place to start when tracking down message problems, and will help to narrow the problem down further. There are many many reasons why gmail may be rejecting messages from you, and possibilities include things such as message size, content.. the server or smart host your using may be blacklisted, missing PTR records etc. On the recipient side, the problem could be that the mailbox is full or not longer exists... the report will at least give an idea of where to start... Hi mmikedo43, Any updates on your issue? Do you mean all mails sent from your exchange server are rejected by Gmail, but it works if you send mails to other domains(e.g. Yahoo...)? You can also go to this web site to test the Outbound SMTP E-Mail. https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ Frank Wang TechNet Subscriber Support in forum If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Please contact your system administrator.<NNCEXCH.nnc.internal #5.5.0 smtp;550-5.7.1 [65.51.170.146 7] Our system has detected that this message is likely> Thats all it gives.

Well the good news is that your records look fine, and your not part of any blacklist or anything like that. However, gmail has identified your messages as SPAM, and may have even blocked your IP completely. It's actually quite a common problem with gmail, as they tend to be a little more ruthless than most when it comes to classifying mail. Some things to look at first though: - If your advertising anything in your message, such as in your signature, then try removing your signature when sending mail to gmail. - Make sure your PC's and Exchange server is free of malware. - If your security software is checking outgoing mail, then it may be modifying the header of the message. gmail doesn't like this either, so try turning of this feature to see if this is the problem. If gmail have blocked your IP (for example, due excessive amount of mail going to gmail from this server), then there's nothing you will be able to do on your side, as Google will be absolutely no help at all. What you could do as a workaround, is to contact your ISP, and find out if they have a Smart Host you can use (most ISP's have one freely available). With the Smart Host address, in Exchange System Manager: - Go to Administrative Groups > first administrative group > Routing Groups > First routing group > Connectors - In the right hand pane, right click in the whitespace area, and go to New > SMTP Connector - Type in a Name for your new connector.. you can call it anything you like, such as the name of your ISP - Select Forward all mail through this connector to the following smart hosts, and then type in the address of the Smart Host provided by your ISP - Click on the Address Space tab, and click Add - Select SMTP, and on the next page, type in gmail.com for the "E-mail domain" field, and then press OK > OK. - There should be at least one other connector in the list that is listed as "SMTP Connector" under the Type field. When you find it, right click on it and go to Properties, followed by the Address Space tab. - Select the address space listed here, there will likely only be one called * > click Modify, and change the cost to 2. - Press OK > OK one last time, and try and send the message again.
