Hello there When I log on with administrator I get global address book but when logging with any other users only the administrator appear on global address book I am using outlook 2007 and exchange 2010 thank you

See going further will pls let me know is the issue with one user or all of the user except Administrator ? Have you your tried unchecking the cached mode in outlook. if outlook is not in cached mode it will pick up new accounts in GAL from a GC within minutes, if outlook is in cached mode it uses the offline address book files. OAB must be created on your server and later downloaded to outlook.
