Please try the below command where this could be due to the mismatch in primary and windows email address. Set-Mailbox <user name> -EmailAddressPolicyEnabled:$False -PrimarySmtpAddress <usermailaddress> -WindowsEmailAddress <useremailaddress> Set-Mailbox <user name> -EmailAddressPolicyEnabled:$True

please try the following command: Set-mailbox -id <username> -ApplyMandatoryProperties this command will reset all mail related properties for this user. Moreover can you please download your address book once more on the client. Is this issue is happening for all user in domain or just with a particular one?Best Rgds, Ashish | Unified Comunication | MCTS | MCITP | Please remember to select option "Propose As Answer" if solution work for you | My posts hold no assurances, no promises, and they measured no rights.
