Getting two emails from a user
HiI have an user that when he sends email only a couple of other users get the email twice. When he sends to me I only get it once.Any ideas???Exchange 2007Anton

Message tracking:First step EventID - Recieve Source - STOREDRIVER Recipients - Recipients email address only appears once ( With the rest of the intended recipients) Recipient count - 41Second step EventID - TRANSFER Source - ROUTING SourceContext - ContentConversion Recipients - All the external email address (With the one that gets duplicated - appears only once). Recipient count - 39Third step EventID - Delivered Source - STOREDRIVER Recipients - Two users on the domain Recipient count - 2Fourth Step EventID - Send Source - SMTP SourceContext - 08C9F4A3D7721625 Recipients - All the intended address are there ( Duplicate email address appears only once ). ServerIP - External IP address for mimecast Connectorld - mimecast RecipientStatus - All ok ( Inc. the one that gets duplicated - only once ) Recipient count - 39Fifth step EventID - Submit Source - STOREDRIVERI don't know if gets duplicated in mimecast somewhere the email address that gets duplicated goes to a pop Linux mail server and I have asked the guy who manages it to have a look and it does come through twice to the user.
