I check mail flow and its not blocking. it only seems to block if it sends to a outside source. Internal mail is sending fine. Just if i send to yahoo.com or gmail.com it blocks it. I check mail flow for his account and it seems to be unblock is there anywhere else i need to check? thanks

Exchange 2007. And its a single user rejection. I can't get the NDR header because it stop even before it sends.

I found out that it was only one particular mail that was not allowed to send. I'm not sure why thats the case but i told him to just create a new mail and copy over the content.
