Getting error in Office Home & Business when we try to open the new word document.

Dear Support,

We have tried to  install office 2013 Home & Business in new laptop which contains Windows 7 professioanl operating system.

After installing the office 2013,when i tyr to open the new word document, it is showing.When we click on internet to fix the issue but it is getting error.Its an original office Home & Business 2013 which was purchased on last month.

Pls. refer the below screenshot for your reference.

I kindly request you how to fix it.Already,i have un-installed & re-installed the Office Home & Business 2013.Still,we are getting the same error.

Looking forwadr for your support at the earliest.

I think you are getting this error due to other application error. Run MS office in safe mode then try to open a word document.

Right click on Word 2013 or any other Office 2013 application and select 'Run as Administrator' then follow the steps to activate online.

Thanks for sharing the information.

As per your guidelines,i right clicked on word and selected RUN as Administrator.The problem is fixed and it has  got activated.
