Getting blacklisted and domainkeys/DKIM

One of our clients wants to start an email campaign with a company that wants us to modify our SPF and create a domainkey and DKIM.

It's my understanding that this system will NOT be sending through our hosted Exchange servers but since these emails will basically be validated as originating from us is there still a real possibility of our hosted Exchange IP's getting blacklisted? Does anyone have any whitepapers explaining the dangers of this particular scenario?

TIA!
