Getting an error when accessing Outlook 2010 on Windows 7
Message on accessing Outlook 2010: "File Access is Denied. You to not have permission required to access the file....C:/Program...name.ost" I am working off of Exchange Server. On a Macbook Air with Vmware Fusion virtualization Is this an administrative access issue?

Hi, Does the error message occur on certain user mailbox or each user mailbox? If the issue occurs on each client, please let me know. Otherwise, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue. 1. Right-click on the file (folder) and select Properties. Then, go to “Security” Tab and ensure the account Everyone is present and have been assigned “Full control” permission. 2. Create a new Outlook profile or move another machine and login on the problematic mailbox to check the result. Thanks.
