Getting an error in outlook 2010.

Hi Support,

We are facing an error in outlook 2010.When we try to send an email,we are getting the error.

The screenshots are attached for your reference.

Pls. look into it and do the needful how to fix the issue.

  1. Close Outlook.
  2. Hold down the Windows Key and press R to bring up the Windows Run dialog box.
  3. Type regsvr32 ole32.dll and select OK. In some cases, you may need to type regsvr32 %windir%\system32\ole32.dll.

If problem is still try the following

  1. Close Outlook.
  2. Navigate to:
    • XP users: C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
    • Windows 8 & 7 users: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
  3. Delete and clear all files located in the Outlook folder so that it is empty.
  4. Open Outlook, and it should re-create and update its data source and function correctly.
