Getting a '450 unroutable domain: example.com' message from System Administrator

Hi,

We are able to send emails with Outlook to email addresses at any domain name, except one. Let's call it example.com.

If we try to send an email to an email address @example.com, then immediately an 'email' appears in our Inbox from 'System Administrator' saying ''450 unroutable domain: example.com'.

We have checked to make sure that example.com has valid and reachable MX records.

And, we are able to send emails to that domain from other computers.

Is there some way to fix this issue on this particular computer?

Thanks
