Could you somebody tell me How to get the appointment recurrence information as a string (to store into the database for future use) using ews managed api?

Good place to start: https://msdn.microsoft.com/EN-US/library/office/dn727655(v=exchg.150).aspx. There is no standardized string representation, you would need to parse the recurrence and build the string into whatever format you want.
