Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me out with the following scenario.- Company A has Exchange 2007 and their own AD forest- Company B has Exchange 2003 and their own AD forest- Company A and B merge- Initially the task is to get Company A and Company B mail servers to talk to each other. Addresses can be kept the same, for now.- Willing to set up a two way trust between the two AD forests What do I need to do to get both Exchange servers to talk to each other (i.e. deliver mail internally rather than over Internet) and to publish contacts in both GALs Thanks !

Hi, You get the 2 exchange environments to send e-mail directly to each other by creating smtp / send connectors using the other mail systems address space. The tech specs say: Email and Messaging Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2000, and 5.5 Lotus Notes 7.x, 6.x, and 5.0 I looked at the Identity Lifecycle Manager 2007 option but that costs ..... Kind Regards,
