Get a notification in case of a registered meeting of an attached other account

Hello To All,

I would like to ask if there is any possibility to get a notification about events which are not registered in our private Exchange account but in another account which is shared and attached for us?
So, what I want is to get a notification for all the registered events of another user's meetings.

Is it possible in MS Office 2010?

Hi,

From the description, you want to get reminders for events that happen in a shared calendar, am I correct?

If this is the case, I'm afraid it's not possible to get the reminders. Reminders fire from accounts in your profile, not from a shared mailbox or calendar. If you want to get the reminders, you have to add the user's mailbox to your Outlook profile as a second exchange mailbox.
