GMT offset above does not reflect daylight saving time adjustments.
Is anyone else seeing this. It doesn't seem to be a DST issue or even an issue at all.I have an exchange 2003 environment. users are on Outlook 2007.If i receive a calendar invite from someone within my company it has the following note in the invite:Note: The GMT offset above does not reflect daylight saving time adjustments. The meetings are all scheduled at the time they are supposed to be. Everything looks right except for that note.Any ideas?

Hi, You can run a tool called the Time Zone Data Update Tool For Microsoft Outlook to fix the issue. How to address time zone changes by using the Time Zone Data Update Tool for Microsoft Office Outlook http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931667/Regards,Xiu

Are you suggesting i run the tool on the exchange server? When i run it on the client the tools says it could not find any appointments that need to be moved.

I've got the same issue.. Is there a solution?? The issue is NOT that the times are displayed wrong, it is that I am getting reports of that message ("GMT offset above does not reflect daylight saving time adjustments") being inserted into the notes of EVERY meeting request recieved. Our environment is newly updated from Exchange 2003 to 2007, with a mix of users primarily on Outlook 2007, but some still on 2003, and a few on Outlook 2010. All we need to do is eliminate the message!! Any help? -Steve
