Hi Mahesh, If you like to use a third party tool which is also able to sync free/busy times you may have a look into the GALsync tool of NETsec http://www.netsec.de/en/produkte/galsync/ . Just download and have a look. But it should be exactly what you need. If you need some more information just let me know. Achim

Hi As part of Organization split we are implementing a new forest and Exchange Organization. 1) We are planning to implement Windows 2008 R2 Active Directory and Exchange 2010 in new Setup. 2)Our current setup is running with Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003 SP2 with mixed mode of forest and Domain functional level. 3) One of the requirement post migration is to achieve GAL sync. Could any one pls suggest which tool can be used for GAL Sync between Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2010 Organization ? Also let me know if there are any commercial involved in for licensing etc....Regards:Mahesh
