I am at my witts end.... Exchange 2010 SP2 RU3 Server 2003 DC's I have verified the pictures are in AD and are under 10k. mapIID is 35998. Have rebooted Exchange http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2010/03/10/3409495.aspx I have Outlook 2010 connected directly (not in cached mode). No matter what I do pictures are not showing up anywhere in Outlook. To throw a wrench in things I have one user who recently upgraded from a Blackberry to a Samsung Galaxy, his new phone shows the GAL photos?? No other phone or outlook client, just the one phone. I have reviewed all of the typical solutions and still no photos. Any help with this issue would make my day!

I am not in cached mode, although I have tried it both ways. I have also deleted my ost file just to make sure. Other AD info is updating correctly (phone numbers, etc) so I don't think it is an issue with replication. Rachel Burneston
