Is it possible to format the GAL Notes field similar to how we can format the Notes field in a Outlook Contacts Notes field? One of our partners in our law firm wants to be able to enter attorney Bio's in the Notes field. Thanks Ron

Rich, I'll check it out. Basically, I think that this is being driven by the Outlook Social connectors or just the different social directory solutions. When they open an email, they want to be able to drill down and see the Bio/expertise if needed. Maybe, Yammer will be the solution in a year. Thanks Ron
