Free Busy information outlook 2007 with exchange 2007
Hi All, I have setup a new citrix environment and installed office 2007. outlook connects to exchange 2007 and all seems to be well however when users access scheduling assistant to book meeting rooms from the new server there is an issue with the free busy information being displayed. (its not). the error that keeps appearing is "suggestions cannot be provided because free/busy data could not be retrieved" and the line with other users is appearing as hashed lines. this however does work when using a pc with outlook installed or the old citrix servers. my question is, is there any special configurations that need to be checked in order to get the free busy information to work ?? thanks in advance to all. Nick

Outlook 2007 connects to Exchange Server 2007 using the availability service, part of Exchange Web Services. Perhaps you have a certificate issue. Do the Citrix clients have the root certificate corresponding to your Exchange Server's certificate installed?Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."
