Free/Busy info not showing

2 Exchange 2013 servers same forest. Outlook 2010 and 2013. Users on the same server can see each others free/busy. If a user on server 1 looks up free/busy info for any user or resource mailbox that is on server 2 they cannot see free/busy and vice versa.

Test Email Autoconfig does not show any errors. Outlook Anywhere *seems* to be working just fine. There are still EX2010 servers in the environment, too, but there are no mailboxes on them anymore as we're migrating to 2013.

help?

Hi,

According to your description, all mailboxes have been moved to two Exchange 2013 servers. Please check the Exchange Web service configuration in these two Exchange servers:

Get-WebServicesVirtualDirectory | FL Identity,*AUTH*,*url*

Additionally, please confirm whether the issue happens when the user1 hosted in Server1 uses OWA 2013 to view the availability service for the User2 who is hosted in Server2. If the issue doesn't happen in OWA, please also confirm the situation in Outlook Online mode.
