Free/Busy Disappearance
Last week we experienced some corruption of our public folder stores. We were able to recover the data and believed we were good. Then the weirdness began. Random folders simply disappear. The current offender is Free/Busy. It happens as follows:1) View Free/Busy in PF system folders and see multi-thousand entries.2) Outlook allows viewing of others calendars for scheduling.3) At random time receive complaint that Free/Busy is not working from users.4) View Free/Busy in PF and see zero entries.5) Folder shows creation date of only a few minutes ago.6) No unusual error logs.Any ideas what would cause the spontaneous reset? When the PF was recovered, all log files were cleared and DB showed clean shutdown. We have exhausted all avenues and can find nothing causing the reset. Any pointers as to what might cause this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,How does thedeployment in your scenario?Did you improve the Diagnostic logging as Max?Now please use MFCMAPI tool to delete all the Free/Busy information under Schedule+ Free/Busy system folder, then run Outlook /cleanfreebusy command to open the Outlookon one of the clients to regenerate the Free/Busy information. Check this issue.By default Outlook publishes free busy data for a user one time every 45 minutes.
