Foward to option not working in Exchagne 2003
Hai All, I am working as System Admin in Mid range company... Here is the problem...... Recently in my organization i have created Three users (u1, u2 and u3).... And as per requirement, what ever email which receives u1, that mail should be send to u2. For that requirement, I had change the settings in u1 properties. In u1 user properties---> Exchange General---->Delivery options--->There i select Forward to option and select the user i.e u2....and check the option "Delivery message in both forwarding address and mailbox ".... Then for testing purpose i send a test mail from user u3 to the u1 user. As per setting that mail should goes to u1 as well as u2. But that mail only goes to u1 not to u2. If i remove the option "Delivery message in both forwarding address and mailbox ", then the test mail will goes to u2 only not u1... and also if any body knows any scenario type questions, please send me the links...using that questions i can practice in my lab environment. it is helpful for my certification....... Please any one help me.... Thank you...

Hi,To confirm that auto-forwarding is working correctly for a specific user, send a message to that user, and then track the message through the Message Tracking Center. Please follow the steps here:1.Open the ESM and locate the Tools folder.2.After open the Message Tracking Center, please Input the U3 at Sender and Select the time of Logged Between. You could find the further information from message history.I'm looking forward to your reply.Thanks.Richard.
