Forwarding multiple mailbox to single mailbox
I want to configure mail forwarding in exchange 2007. I have multiple users and them mailboxes around 500. And now i have created new user name EMAIL REMOVED. i want to forward all users emails to EMAIL REMOVED. means EMAIL REMOVED should receive copy of all e-mails which come to users mailboxes. Even if i create new mailbox than that user's mail copy should forward to EMAIL REMOVED.. And E-mails should be forward to users mailbox as well as EMAIL REMOVED Regards, Vikas Challenging Problem: My all folders admin rights deleted due to viruses.i cant access any folder

You need to configure Journaling in Exchange 2007. There are two type of journaling and you can configure depending on the CAL you have. If you have Standard CAL then you can configure journaling for all users in the properties of all mailbox databases but if you have Enterprise CAL then you can configure organization level Journal rule... Refer below article for how to configure it... Exchange Server 2007: Using Journaling Rules http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Exchange-Server-2007-Using-Journaling-Rules.html Exchange 2007 CAL information... Exchange Server 2007 Editions and Client Access Licenses http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/2007/evaluation/editions.mspx If you don't know about CALs type then suggest you to go for database level journaling recipient configuration...Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
