Forward email problem - please help
I am administring an Exchange 2007 system. I have a director who wants his secretary to receive all his emails, so I have configured her to be forwarded, on the "Delivery Options" on the "Mail Flow Settings" tab ; the problem is that when she also is on the TO, CC or BCC list, she only receives one copy and, sometimes, she needs to know if she is also a recipient on her own. I can I solve this problem? Anyone can help? Thanks in advance. Américo

HI Americo, As per my knowledge this is by desgin, this is same like when you send mail to DL where user is member and also add him/her in CC or To field then he/she receive a single mailand it avoide duplicacy. If she want to confirm whetehr she is also in recepinet list then she can see mail and can see CC,To. Also if she is bit smart user then can see message header in outlook. Anil

You should arrange to have the secretary add the director's mailbox to her Outlook profile as an additional mailbox. That way there's no question about who the message was address to. --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
