Forward email from mail enabled Public folder to a distribution list
I would like to be able to forward email messages received into a mail enabled Public Folder to a distribution list. I know how to setup forwarding to another mailbox but the distribution list does not show in the Mail Flow Settings – Delivery Options – Properties – Forward to: - Browse. If I can do this, how do I do it, please? Thanks, Granville

Could you please check the follows. 1. which type of distribute list did you create? There are three types of distribution group you can create. Domain Local, Global and Universal. As we known the member of Global group is restrict, We can't find the global group in other domains. For how to create an E-mail distribution List , you can access: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-au/library/cc164331(EXCHG.65).aspx 2.When you search the distribution group that you want to forward , if “groups” hasbeen ticked under “object types”?

I did follow both these steps correctly, the group was set as Universal and I did include "groups" in the search. What I missed, and wasn't aware of until one of the other support techs pointed it out, is that the distriubtion list must also be setup in Exchange 2007. Sorry I don't remember having to do so in the previuos version I have worked with. Thanks, Granville
