How would I do that? I must accomplish this on server side only, I can't configure mail client of mailbox "B".I gave permissions to mailbox "A" owner to get full access to mailbox "B" and tried to open other user folder in "A" outlook, but in the drop down list there is no sent items only Inbox, calendar, notes etc.

Hi, There is nothing natively that will do a forward of all sent items for a single mailbox. If it were for all mailboxes in a mailbox store you could look into journaling. Leif

Hi Lithill, I meant sharing sent item folder on Outlook last time, It might not for your situation. On the Exchange Level, we can share whole mailbox to another user, but we cannot just share the sent item folder. If you would like to take this suggestion a workaround, we can add receive as permission to user A(MailBoxA)in user B Security tab of ADUC. For more information about access mailbox permission, please refer below link: http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/01/25/418099.aspx Regards, Jason
