Forward Email from public folder to email address?
I have a user who is leaving the company who has gone in and forwarded ALL messages in the public folders to which she has access to an outside email account.
I cannot, for the life of me, figure out HOW she did this. Its over 3000 messages, so it was obviously done in batch. Each PF post was forwarded as a separate email. She is not an admin for the folders. Can anyone shed any light on how this might have been accomplished,
so that I might address the issue that she was able to do this?

Hi,
He either might have enabled "Forwarding" on his account , which u can check in Exch Management Shell using following command:
Get-Mailbox EmailAdddressOfYourUserHere | FL ForwardingAddress
if this command show you email address of mail enabled public folder then you can disable this forwarding:
Set-Mailbox EmailAdddressOfYourUserHere -ForwardingAddress $null
OR he might have created a transport rule on HUB server to direct his emails to pf.

Hi,
Please run get-mailpublicfolder -identity publicfolder |fl command, then check the ForwardingAddress.
Thanks

No forwarding address in either commands Laeeq and Allen.
Just to clarify - user forwarded mails from public folders to another email address, not TO PF. I know its possible to forward PF items one by one, but some how, for each post, a single email was generated.
