When creating a quick step that has a reply as a step, is there any way to format the email within the steps text section? HTML doesn't work. I'm using Outlook 2013 Pro.

There is no option to format the email body within the Quick Step text section. As a workaround, we may try using Quick Parts which also support formatting such as fonts, colors, bulleted lists, etc. To create a Quick Part in Outlook 2013, create a new email and type the text you want and format the text. Then, press Ctrl + A to select all text you typed, click Insert tab > Quick Parts > Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery.

Now, we can send a reply email by inserting the Quick Part you saved under Insert tab > Quick Parts.
