Hi, In Exchange Management Shell (PS) Get-GlobalAddressList | update-GlobalAdressList Get-AddressList | update-AddressList Get-OfflineAddressBook | Update-OfflineAddressBook But cached-mode is a bit of problem... Try in online mode or owa to see if the addressbook has been modified. For the cached-mode you have to have some patience before its applied to the offline addressbook of the outlook clients. Try to find the .pabx files and some more files.. Clear that directory. Than open outlook again. Because off the missing addressbook he needs to download it. Greetzz, Timmy

Hi, On my machine its under C:\Users\AccountName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook (Windows 7) - Close Outlook. - Delete all the .oab files... (that was what I was searching for, sorry for the wrong information in previous post) - Start outlouk again. I don't know how to force it on a normal way for cached-mode. If it is possible, never found a way except for this one. Greetzz, Timmy

Hi, You should first update the Offline Address Book manually, then restart Microsoft Exchange File Distribution serice. Finally, you can check this issue. If the user still is not visible in Outlook Cached Mode, please check whether any error message come up when downloading the OAB, and the error message in the Event Log. Thanks Allen
