Folders gone when upgrading from Outlook 2010 to 2013
I upgraded from Microsoft Office 2010 to 2013 today. In doing so, I lost all my folders in outlook. All the emails in those folders are gone as well. How can I get my folders back? Thanks.

In outlook 2013, you need to expand the mailbox with user name then it will show all the folders

Hi,

We need to know the account type in Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013. Exchange, POP3 or IMAP?

If you used to have a POP3 account in Outlook 2010, then all these emails are stored in a local .pst file, and they may be removed from the server already, once you setup the account in Outlook 2013, these emails are not available.

If this is your scenario above, please find the old .pst files in Outlook 2010 and then you can import them to Outlook 2013, all emails will be back.
