Folder size - Server Data Exchange/Outlook 2007
Have you checked the mailbox in non-cached mode and OWA? I would look to see if there are any additional items in the Outbox. You could also create a new profile and see if the results are the same.JAUCG

Hello, I use Exchange 2007 and I have a user (or maybe some) who see a big difference on its folder size between the local and server Data. He uses Oulook 2007 in cached exchange mode and he notices the difference when he does a right click on the mailbox and then properties. The difference is mainly from the Outbox folder. I followed the below step but it did not help. http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/cleanmailbox.htm As administrator I wonder whether I should have any action to do and if so, could you please help me with that? Many Thanks in advance, Graig PS: If you need any further information, please do not hesitate.

I think it is due to the dumpster. The deleted items not moved to "Deleted Items" folder are the difference.Shashi
