Folder mailbox policy and overseeing the policy
Not such a good Title but what to do,Hi allI got a question,I have a Fodler mailbox policy with a "job" (Managed Content Settings) that deletes emails form the Deleted Items folder for the users mailbox, every week if there is an email older then (for example 30 days). Is there a way to get a report-email form the "job" (Managed Content Settings) that te emails were deleted or something like that? Thanks in advance!!

Oh the server, right click it and go to properties. There will be a tab for Mailbox Management. You can choose your report style and who it should be mailed too. Detailed will show you who had how much deleted. You can also run the policy in report only mode if you want to see what the different reports are.Mark Morowczynski|MCT| MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:EMA 2K7,EDA Win 7,ES,SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com
