Flagging unactioned email after one day - Is this possible?
I am wondering if it is at all possible to create a custom folder policy that will flag email in a managed folder that hasn't been responded to or forwarded after a certain period of time has elapsed?
Our business has SLA's that require advisors to respond to email within a set period of time.
Several requirements are needed
1. A line manager is notified if any message has lapsed and been flagged (usually the notification would be an email)
2. The lapsed messages are flagged so that the user knows that they are outstanding
Does anybody have any suggestion on how to achieve this? Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks
Matt

Just adding my thoughts on this one.
A few people have mentioned the "Managed Folders" section of Exchange, but i cant find any information relating to these, and how or what these policys are fully capable of (Except for E-mail retention and automatic deletetion etc). Can anyone eleabrate
or point me in the direction of where i can find indepth information about these? Or even if were looking in the wrong direction and that managed folders will not do any of the above?

You can move these messages to the custom folder by using the “Move to a managed custom folder” option, and name the folder as “Need to Respond Now”

Thanks James, however the requirement from the client is that they want a reminder or an alert sent if the message hasnt actualy been responded to. Rather than a folder with the messages which need to be responded to, however this is an avenue we will look
at.
So far we have also not found any 3rd party Apps that will do this either.MCP, MCSA:Security, MCSE:Security, MCTS, MCITP:SA, MCITP:EA

Yes. MRM could be a workaround. As I searched, the task can’t be accomplished by exchange natively
