Filtering an individual email between domain users
Good Day, I have a domain user that sent an email to two other users last week. The email message continually sends from the users phone, roughly every 5 minutes. I had the user shut his phone off for a prolonged period of time and the emails stopped but as soon as he turned the phone back on the emails continued. The recipients of these emails are receiving hundreds of these messages and I can see it in my message tracking log but I have no way of stopping this email. The guy needs to be able to email to the particular users so I cant use "Message Delivery Restrictions" because it will block the sender completely and I have to stop these before he gets his phone looked at. Is there a way I can accomplish this because I have not seen many settings regarding filtering... given I am new to exchange. Thanks Much, Noncentznoncentz

If Exchange version is 2007/2010, you can setup a transport rule for this message to delete the message. Other non bandaid fix, have the user remove the partnership, if possible wipe the device and reestablish the partnership.

I think you had better wipe the device. So it won't affect the Exchange server's performance. Perform a Remote Wipe on a Mobile Phone: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998614.aspx
