Filter within a group in Pivot Table.

I'm not good in Excel and still learning a lot of things.

I'd like to know if it is possible to filter withing a group in PT.

(-) <Transaction Name>   | <Subtotal>

        <Transaction Time 1> | <Value 1>

        <Transaction Time 2> | <Value 2>

        .........

E.g. I have a lot of transactions and each transaction has a lot of transaction timing (i.e. the time when the transaction starts).

Is it possible to filter within each transaction name group? For example, I don't want all the transaction timing, I only want some timings of each transaction name when the response time is more than 3 secs. Please help me. P.s. I'm using Excel 2007.
