Of course questionrequires togoin Office forum. Butoffice 2003 standard and professional edition both create a file in same formats and not required conversation. If you want to convert between two different version of office (2003 to 2007 or visa-versa) then open file in latest version of office and save-as in legacy/older version of office to convert it.
