in my comapany three users want to receive mail from one of the out side vendor. except these user's no one want to receive. Where can i configure this setting? We are using Exchange 2007 version Thanks

Hi,As my understading is that only 3 users has to receive emails from specific Outside Vendor , other dont want to receiver emails from the specific outside vendor. Other users should be able to receive allother mails except specific outside vendor right ?If YesYou can solve with the Hub Transport rule1. create one Dl and add allthe users in the orginisation to the DL except 3 specific users2. Open EMC -> Orgnisation Configuration -> Hub Transport Server ->Select 'sent to people' -> Select the newly created DL and ok -> Then select "When the from address contain specific word" -> Added the email address -> Next -> select "silently drop the mesage"-> Next and finish the same.This will drop all the message sent to the DL and allow the message for just three peopleRegadrs,Krishnahttp://smtpport25.wordpress.com
