Faulting application store.exe, version 6.5.7652.24, faulting module store.exe after accessing OWA
Hi all, When someone accesses our OWA and reads messages, the messages are not displayed anymore and the store.exe crashes with "Faulting application store.exe, version 6.5.7652.24, stamp 46152f9f, faulting module store.exe" as description. We are using Exchange 2003 and we are not having problems when using Outlook or Outlook with RPC over HTTPS or phones (iPhone, Android, Blackberry). Does anyone have the same problem? What is the SP and update you are running on your exchange server ? pls post that if it's possible please try to update with the recent one. Thanks

Hi Amit, Thank you for your reply. I think I have solved it myself... I thought the version of store.exe and exoledb.dll were the same, but it turned out that there was a slight difference in the versions. I updated both versions to 6.5.7654.12 with an update and after that it seems (fingers crossed) to be better. OWA is working again and apart from 1 store.exe crash during the night I haven't had any crashes yet since I did this update 14 hours ago... I have Exchange 2003 SP2 and Windows Server 2003 SP2. I also did Microsoft Updates and all updates were installed... Kind regards, Erik

Yeah .. Suspecting the same this might be related to SP/Vesrion/hotfix if not known its awlays better to RUN the EXPBA to get to know what is the GAP ..As it's fixed. Please mark the Answers so that if will be help for other users .. Thanks
